Refund Policy

60-day guarantee: refund requests can be submitted within 60 days of purchase confirmation.

Use a subject line like: Refund Request – Order #XXXX

Processing time: approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on the provider.

Deadline: requests submitted after 60 days are not eligible.

Because this is a digital product/experience, delivery is considered complete once access is provided after payment. The refund window above still applies.
